Professor Gerald Ivory (affectionately named “Professor Big Arm” by the scientific community at large) is a brilliant world-renowned inventor and researcher who, due to his life-threatening Electi, dedicated his career to researching precise machinery, prosthetics, computing, and nuclear energy. He is the current Head of Vitric’s Science Division, however, following the Rock-A-Thon incident and E.R.A.’s crumbling reputation, Big Arm agreed to periodically leave Vitric and become the Chancellor of the academy in hopes of keeping the establishment afloat and making it a symbol of hope for Electis like him all over the world rather than an over glorified jail.

Well-mannered, charismatic, and hardworking, Big Arm is barely seen not working on something. Between managing E.R.A. and overlooking the Science Division from a long distance, Gerald is a busy man. Yet, his polite smile and fatherly tone of voice never falter, even under the most stressful circumstances.

Nuclear Fission Big Arm’s body is constantly generating energy by nuclear fission. The early discovery of the ability in his childhood, and Gerald being one of the first Electi ever discovered, sparked a scientefic revoluition within his community that set his path towards nuclear physics. Gerald was one of the first memebers of the scientific groups that became the Vitric, and while he couldn’t save his right arm from radiation poisoning, his research and the effort of his fellow scientist saved his life by creating his namesake Big Arm.

Big Arm’s mechanical arm is a large, titanium plated nuclear generator designed to contain his Electi ability and prevent it from poisoning his body. It’s equipped with a cutting-edge super computer and a universal power cord meant to seamlessly power any machine using the built up power in the energy cells. Though, the proffesor never talks full lentgh about the complete capabilities of his Big Arm.
