Officer Makani is a rookie police officer who was sent to ERA after her Senior officer in Hawaii was contacted by ERA officials. They had heard about the strange woman after an incident with a traffic stop turned shooting hit the papers. Despite Jett’s arrest of the suspects, various complaints about “the freak on the force” caused her senior officer to consider their offer and Jett, despite now wanting to, accepted the transfer after tensions at the station rose because of her.

Despite being fresh to the force, Jett has a desire to protect people. This also leads her to act before thinking or prematurely, an issue that was brought to her old Police Station’s attention. She can put others over herself at times, even if doing so will lead to her own injury.

While her job takes priority over her social life, Jett loves to work out and keep her physical self in shape. Watching live streamers and playing online fps/moba games is also a hobby she pursues in her free time.

Jett is the Field medic of Charlie’s team. She is often armed with non lethal weapons or a simple pistol, as her real purpose is to heal her fellow officers rather than apprehend or eliminate a threat to ERA. Her medical bag consists of typical pain relieving medicines, bandages, tourniquets, burn relief gel, slings, rubbing alcohol, disinfectants, and various other life saving devices for on the fly patch ups or medical checks. If you’re bleeding she can fix you up so you can keep going.

Jett’s natural hair fell out at the age of 8 and was replaced by a parasitic creature. The other guards took to naming the tentacle creature Steve as Jett never gave it a name herself. It liked the name.

The tentacles have a separate mind than Jett and act without her influence. Jett can’t influence its actions in any way. It has to want to perform its own actions.

The tentacles can perceive things that Jett herself cannot, and will protect her if need be. It cannot survive without Jett but will grow back if severed from her head.
