The self proclaimed (and possibly true) Queen of the Black Market. Ravien lurks in the shadows of the market and arranges the meetings and events that come out of it. She has a network of contacts that keep her in the know around campus. Her uneasy relationship with SOL often makes Clyde and her butt heads but other members of the market, like Preston and Fat Guy, are welcome faces around her. The two and a new ally Penny are her most trusted associates.
There are two things Ravien despises, a lack of order and a lack of information. She often sees Skyber as a menace in her plans, but does her best to avoid the dragon entirely. Whether this avoidance is respect or hatred is unknown. When she’s not pulling strings in the market she works at a hair salon in the shopping district.
Ravien lives and breathes in the gray area of society. She is not a true villain nor is she a true hero. She might show more compassion and empathy than some in the black market, but her cunning ways and wealth of information make her both a dangerous enemy and a useful ally. It all depends whose side she’s on, and what’s in it for her or the market as a whole.
