A former guitarist in Britain, his band mates abandoned him one night and led to a rocky few years until he got his life back together and applied for a teaching position at ERA. There, his knack for hanging with the wrong people found him and he teamed up with a notorious student, Karen McKnight,

Sean and Karen set up a tournament to get revenge on Brown and it ended in disaster for the two of them. His teaching license was revoked and he was locked in the ERA security cells while Karen was dragged to prison,

$8,000 dollars (prize money given to Brown and his associates) later and luck on his side, Sean now resides as a library assistant and janitor for ERA. He’s still a pathetic man, but the Wildcard Emissary has given him a second chance to do the right thing and a chance to try and fix mistakes in his past. Whether his former friends, Goldman or Phoenix let him is another story.

Sean’s tear ducts produce a substance similar to gasoline. The amount they can produce is also drastically higher than a normal human’s capacity. The liquid can be used to start fires or fuel vehicles if necessary and emits the same smell as gasoline.

His ability hurts him though over the years he has gotten used to the pain. The red under his eyes is a side effect of the ability.
