Half Coffee Bar Manager, Half High Ranking Detective Officer, Suzy is a woman who wears different shades of blue, and there is an air of mystery surrounding her. Not much is known about her past life in her previous hometown, except for her reputation as the Blue Reaper. She is determined to ensure that justice is served to the innocent and that the guilty are punished with her keen ability to detect clues, you might know she’s nearby if you hear some noir-erotic saxophone playing!

Captured Thoughts

Suzy’s ability is item-based, and manifests in a unique revolver she calls “Jury”. She is able to fire at a person’s head to non-fatally capture their most prominent thoughts, memories, or recollections at the time of capture. The captured thoughts are stored in small, short rolls of blank film, approximately the size of a standard .38 Special caliber bullet. The victim will be knocked unconscious for a brief period of time after capture, but will awaken once the film has developed, and will be able to retain all their original thoughts and memories as if nothing happened.

Jury is only able to store six different thoughts or memories at a time, based on the six chambers in the revolver. Suzy can then destroy the films or taping over the contents by firing the same bullet roll and start over with fresh blanks. Rolls that miss their target will also be destroyed. Alternatively, Jury can be used as a nonlethal weapon for non-headshots.
