Kate finds herself in a quiet moment on the steps outside the dorm commons. Without noticing her, Brown joins in after his shift from work, and a conversation strikes up between them about the shared rough days. Brown tries to recall the events they were both part of during the wildcard emissary, revealing that Kate has absolutely no memory of any events pertaining to the incident. As a result, the conversation briefly changes tracks again to FOMO, but Brown sees Kate’s reaction and decides to instead talk about his problems with Artemis. Kate encourages him to find Artemis and finally talk to her about it himself.
