Determined to fulfill his late father’s legacy without the support of his alcoholic mother, he and █████ ████████ ███ █████████ took the badge of the Detroit Police Department, where they became so good at their jobs, they began to uncover the corruption, incompetence, and political lobbying of their own system at the hands of the increasingly influential Children of Purity. Despite their efforts to unveil the Children’s true intentions, they were too late to stop what would follow. And after losing his leg, his job, his home, and ██████████ in █████ ███████████████ ███ 2016, he chose to escape off-grid to Canada, where he was nursed back to health and gifted a prosthetic leg by another close friend, Ethan.

Returning to America to finish what he started, ██████████ ████████ ██ █████████████ ███████ ███████████████████████ █████████, where he would ███████████ ███████████████████████ ████ hunt down members of the Children of Purity, now known all across the country today as the extremist hate group they always were. However, his actions only made more enemies, namely with the powerful House mafia, after ███████████ ████████ ███████████████████ █████████████████ ███ ██████████ ███████ ██ ████ ████████████.

His war with these two factions continued for ████ █ ██████, only to be found once again by ERA promising ██████████ ████████████ █████████████ ██ ███████ ██████████, and allowing Charlie to finally help save a community of Electi under constant threat, just like him. Now, he is a hardened, respected captain of ERA’s security guard force, where he does his absolute best to protect and serve. No matter what cost.

States of Water

Charlie’s ability is to change the physical state of water. By being in physical contact with any body of water, water ice, or water vapor, he is able to transmute the state of matter to either gas, liquid, or solid and back on command. The overall effectiveness of this process is reliant on the chemical purity of the body of water’s composition.

Charlie’s ability has no cooldown; it can activate whenever he chooses to. However, the process for this is slow, and can take up to several minutes to freeze or evaporate a body of water equivalent to his mass.
